On the rca voyager 7 no matter what size you put your dpad at the hotbar/toolbar still overlaps the dpad its annoying and affects the gameplay. Thx

Don't worry, for 0.13.0 there will be a d-pad slider to make it big as you want or has small you would like.
The issue with your device most likely is the resolution. If your tablet does not support certain resolution values you will not be able to change button size, it is set to a fixed value.
This is not a bug per se, but we could fix the way it is communicated to users with low resolution devices. Please try to update your device's firmware, maybe they are supporting other resolutions in newer versions.
Actually,it does qualify as a bug.

I had the same problem but I just made the dpad a bit bigger
