This bug has existed for the longest time, and it is really frustrating that Minecraft has not fixed this yet. Everyone is my game has a Steve skin, which is so annoying. When I play with friends or online, I don't see anyone's skins. By the way, before the 1.16.200, this bug was not happening for me, but after the 1.16.201 hotfix, this bug resurfaced. Please fix this.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.

Is the "Only Allowed Trusted Skins" enabled? Have you turn it off in the Profile settings?
