I opened an MCPE-112166 incident and you redirected me to the MCPE-102530 incident, but I think my problem is a little bit different. My Dell XPS L502x notebook has an NVIDIA GeForce GT 540M and an Intel (R) HD Graphics 3000, that is, in the report of the reference incident MCPE-102530 the user claims that the problem was Intel (R) HD Graphics (even knowing that my driver is older than the one reported in this incident (Version: 9.17.10.4459, Date: 05/19/2016). In other words, in my case I believe the problem is the nVIDIA driver. If I remove the driver from Windows 10 Pro x64 and install the driver Windows 8 x64 the game will work again, but Window 10 Pro x64 alerts that the driver is in trouble and automatically updates it through the Windows Catalog (Version: 10.18.13.5362, Date: 07/22/2015). That is, my notebook originally came with Windows 7 Pro x64, so I can only install the Windows 8 x64 driver in the compatibility module, but as I informed MICROSOFT it updates it to one of Windows 10 x64. I've tried using the nVIDIA 391.35 WHQL driver (03/27/2018), but the red screen persists (even the game works, because I can hear the audio when changing the menu options on the keyboard). I was already using the driver version from the Windows Catalog, because in previous versions the nVIDIA driver was already causing a problem (it didn't even open the game, even using the nVIDIA Panel to direct the game to INTEL's integrated graphics).

I have the same issue.
I reinstalled the game from the app store, reinstalled nvidia drivers, Intel drivers are up to date, nothing works.
I Also have Nvidia GeForce GT540M with Intel graphics 3000

Did you already try the suggested workaround from MCPE-102530?
Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings > Choose Microsoft Store App > Select Minecraft > Add > Options > Select High Performance (NVIDIA card)
yes, because mine is Intel graphic 3000/GT 540M optimums card burned on laptop, thus there's no way I can work around this issue. If I disabled the 3000 graphic adapter it will show up 540M as available card option, but the game will not load beyond the red screen. I've done pretty much available methods I can find here and youtube etc, none would work, except the removing the driver method. And there's a catch using removing driver method, if I waited for too long for the system to completely load up, the game will not pass beyond the red screen... Gosh.. this is silly.... really... Mojang... someone please fix this..
