When one friend tries to join my world, it says unable to connect to world. Yet other friends can join my world. I have tried a lot of solutions but none of them works. This is on ps4 and pocket edition.

Are you playing on 1.16.201 Hotfix or 1.16.210.53 Beta? You selected 1.16.210.53 Beta as the affected version, but PS4 does not support betas.

Ok, we're tracking this issue at MCPE-36190, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.
Maybe tell your friend to check their internet connection and make sure their Minecraft is up to date. If it is only that friend experiencing issues then something is likely wrong on their end.
