I am unable to access the marketplace or an content purchased from the marketplace when playing Minecraft Bedrock Edition on the Xbox One.
Troubleshooting steps so far are: power cycle the console, then power cycle the wifi router, then test "internet connection" in Xbox settings ("it's all good!"), then test internet speed and ping through my internet provider's website's built-in speed test tool on the Microsoft edge application on my Xbox One (27.5mbps Down with 18ms ping, and 3.3mbps up with 5ms ping). I am using ethernet, and the cable is secured to both the Xbox console and the WiFi router.
After executing these troubleshooting steps, I attempt to open the game on my Xbox One Console. It is stuck in the initial loading screen indefinitely. I opened Minecraft on my Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite to attempt to access the marketplace there, and faced similar issues, although the game did load, and some semblance of the marketplace managed to populate, screenshot of that attached:
