[MCPE-113812] Fences, Walls, Glass Panels and Iron Bars doesn't connect to Composters

I am not sure if this is a bug or intended, but Glass Panels, Iron Bars, Walls and Fences do not link up to Composters at all. This is inconsistent by the fact that Glass Panels, Iron Bars, Walls and Fences are connected by Trapdoors.

Is this still an issue in the latest version (1.17.10)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).

Just returned from a 8-month break.. and decided to return here. How is this going under the radar? Btw, another bug I discovered from 1.17.40.. will be a bug report. And yeah, still a issue..
