Upgrading from 0.12.3 to 0.13.0 clears controller mapping

Controller:

MOGA Power Pro: Android edition (Mode B).

Description:

When joining beta program and accepting upgrade to version 0.13.0, the existing controller mappings that were present in 0.12.3 will be reset back to default settings. Other settings, like player name do not get reverted to default, just the controller settings (as far as I've seen).

Reproduction:

1. Leave beta program if your in it and uninstall/reinstall to version 0.12.3.

2. Create a custom controller mapping.

3. Create new world to verify 0.12.3 controller mapping.

4. Join beta program and accept upgrade to 0.13.0.

5. Create new world to test previous controller mapping.

6. Notice controller mappings seem to have reverted to default settings.
