When I was making my underground survival base in Minecraft Windows 10 edition I mined a block and placed a torch underneath gravel and the gravel fell on to it but did not break

yes a little bit it was after trying to install a shader on to Minecraft and also thank you for the reassurance that I'm not the only one with this problem
and of course sorry for the wait I was on a trip
Please attach a video of this happening so that we can get a better idea of to reproduce it.
