Sculk Sensor doesn't break faster with a hoe

This bug is a parity issue. When you use any type of hoes to break the sculk sensor, it doesn't speed up the breaking process.

How to Reproduce
1. Place down some sculk sensor
2. Take any type of hoes
3. Break the sculk sensor

Observed Results
The sculk sensor doesn't break faster regardless of any type of hoes.

Expected Results
It should break faster when you have better hoes (netherite > wood)
