The Bug
This bug is a parity issue. When you placed some pointed dripstone in the nether, it drips water instead of lava.

How to Reproduce
1. Go to the Nether.
2. Place pointed dripstone on the nether ceilings.
--> ❌ It drips water instead of lava.
