I found this bug when i was cleaning the nether wart and when you use it just once it doesn't let you to put it back in the inventory and the only way to get rid of it is to drop it on the ground
Steps to reproduce:
1.craft a hoe
2.Use it gust once
3.try to put it everywhere in the inventory slots
