I found a chunk slime under my house in the mushroom biome and went to see if it was really and that was where I made a Farm and simply no spawna slime there because it and mushroom biome but it wasn't meant to this was to spawn at least on the first platform but not spawn anything or a single slime or mob

The report you have submitted is working as intended: Slime chunks do not spawn slimes, they allow slimes to spawn. But the slimes still have to follow the normal spawn rules, and one of those is that monsters cannot spawn within mushroom biomes.
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.
