Emotes and avatars are not unlocked even if you get achievements on PS4

Before the BE version update, I got "Cow Tipper" and recently "Wow Beautiful!", But neither "Faceplant" nor "Golden Watch" is unlocked.
This bug has been neglected for half a year. Please resolve this issue before the new major update.
