Minecon Capes Do Not Appear In Capes Tab As They Are Supposed To

The Capes from the Marketplace pack MINECON 2016 Capes, which was available to download from the Old Store Tab back in 2016, does not appear in the "new" capes tab as the Founder's Cape Skin Pack does. I believe this is because the pack was created and distributed before the new character creator was implemented, thus the pack was just forgotten about and never updated.
