My stuff in inventory is getting deleted in my survival world but stuff in armour slot is also getting deleted my stuff is lost is it a glitch or a bug ?

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
