[MCPE-119449] Minecart breaks with single hit with fist when on activator rail.

Minecart can be killed in 1 hit with a fist without a sword

Way to reproduce:

Step 1: Place an activator rail

Step 2: Place the minecart on the activator rail

Step 3: power the activator rail

Step 4: hit the minecart with your fist

Expected results: The minecart will not get destroyed

Observed results: The minecart is instantly broken

I tried this it works for Minecraft Education Edition.

Evidently the shaking on activator rails is produced by repeatedly damaging and healing the minecart to trigger the damage animation.
