[MCPE-11959] Silverfish block mined with silk touch = no silverfish

When mining a silverfish block with silk touch, you get the stone block but no silverfish will be spawned.

I'm pretty sure is WIA (Works As Intended)? This happens on MCPC too.

I've used silk touch in PC version and it will drop the stone, but it'll also spawn the silverfish. So one of these are not intended.
