The bow is darker when enchanted, and it appears to be upside down

When holding the bow it looks to be darker than usual. And when you go to load and fire it appears to look upside down, you can tell by the way the arrow looks when loading it compared to the bow animation in the hotbar. Please look into this. Thank you!

Partially fixed in beta 1.17.0.52, the bow is still darker when enchanted.

I hope this issue will be fixed when 1.17 part 1 comes because it just look weird and no matter what I do texture packs don't work at all.
