Dripstone block name mistake (russian language)

Summary:
In the Java version, the dripstone is name "Блок капельника". This is completely inconsistent with the bedrock name in Russian "Натёчный камень".

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Find a dripstone in java.

  2. Find a dripstone in bedrock.

  3. Compare the names in Russian.

Observed results:
We see completely different names for one block.

Expected results:
For the comfort of the players, the names will be the same as possible in different editions.

Note that Dripstone Block is called just Dripstone in Bedrock by default. ([MCPE-119573])

I know it. I looked at how the Java versions were translated and figured out why such a translation was taken. This does not quite apply to that report, since in russian these items have completely identical names.

In the latest versions, the gross error of the same name has been corrected, but there is still a problem of parity with the Java version of the "блок капельника" in Russian in bedrock and the "натёчный камень" in Java.
