I used a nether portal in the nether. Instead of being teleported to my exit portal I was instead teleported to the middle of my world without a portal. The portal is usually teleport me to the correct exit portal.

Seeing this on PC. It seems like the portals are taking me to the Overworld coordinates without dividing by 8.

Happened to someone on my world a couple of days ago - he went through the nether portal in our main base and instead of being taken to the hub he was dropped in a random location in the nether some 2000 blocks away. We chalked it up to a random glitch, but I just now went through my portal and was also transported to a random location 2000ish blocks away in the nether - and when I went back through the created portal it was tens of thousands of blocks away in the overworld rather than returning me to my original entry. Comparing coordinates when I finally got back to base showed that it does indeed look as though the portal in the overworld didn't divide coordinates by 8 before opening in the nether, despite the portal typically functioning as normal.
