David Robinson - what I do for PS4 videos is upload them to youtube as unlisted, then paste the link in my report. I had been thinking this could be related to the way bedrock loads chunks, so you may be on to something here. I'll do some testing with it and maybe we can come up with something conclusive.
I think we may be on to something after reading previous comments about partial chunk loading. Because of the way chunks are loaded in Bedrock I believe the chunks may not load sequentially in explored areas - this can be seen with longer render distances - I think the problem may be less with the chunk borders themselves and more an inconsistency with loading order and the seemingly constant auto-save. Will be doing some more tests with this!
On my world, I had been building something the previous day. No shulker boxes, and no large mining areas. The next day I tried to open the world and got the error. I believe I still have that world backed up in cloud storage, if so I'll try to upload a copy.
Update: was playing on a friend's world yesterday, PS4 and version 1.17.2. The game then kicked us both back to the menu with a message about the file suddenly being corrupted, and now he is also getting the "there was a problem" message, making the world unplayable. For both of us this has happened when the file size has exceeded 1gb, but not immediately after doing so and not during exploration of new areas. The world spontaneously corrupting while we were playing was new, mine had just started showing this error on loading one day.
I have several animal pens that are chunk-aligned to prevent this. I logged in a couple nights ago and in the pen of cows, about half of them were suddenly gone. I think this may be somehow related to changes that were made to entity despawn radius - many mobs will now despawn when you are within a couple blocks of them on your way to interact, as though despawn is based on a timer rather than a radius around the player. The same thing could be ignoring the interaction check.
I lost a world to this in version 1.16.000, the world is still unusable now in 1.16.4 with the same error, "there was a problem loading this world." This is on PS4.
Wish I could agree with the above, but it just happened to me again yesterday right after installing the latest patch. So it definitely still exists.
Also occurring in PS4 Bedrock - villagers will sometimes sleep through doors, on the floor, inside walls, etc. I have only seen this in multiplayer, and often only one player will see the visual bug and others will not.
[media][media]Was redirected here from a duplicate. This happened to my friend on my single/two player world a couple days ago, and like many others he was dropped in the Nether with no portal nearby. Last night the same thing happened to me but a portal WAS spawned on my arrival - leading to a location in the ten thousands in the overworld. After I made my way back I checked the coordinates and it does appear that the portal just decided to spawn at the overworld coords instead of the linked nether coords. This is especially worrying on PS4, because we have numerous unresolved bugs that cause worlds to become completely unplayable if too much is explored.
PS4 slim, disc version of game, updated to 1.16.210. This did not happen prior to the 9 March 2021 update.
Happened to someone on my world a couple of days ago - he went through the nether portal in our main base and instead of being taken to the hub he was dropped in a random location in the nether some 2000 blocks away. We chalked it up to a random glitch, but I just now went through my portal and was also transported to a random location 2000ish blocks away in the nether - and when I went back through the created portal it was tens of thousands of blocks away in the overworld rather than returning me to my original entry. Comparing coordinates when I finally got back to base showed that it does indeed look as though the portal in the overworld didn't divide coordinates by 8 before opening in the nether, despite the portal typically functioning as normal.

I'm going to venture a guess that this is about as high on the priority list as most other bugs for console players, i.e. not even on the list. But. I was playing my main world moments ago and got the sudden "You are out of storage space unable to save" error message and was dropped in the main menu. The world is I believe 237 MB, nowhere near the maximum; and I have two other worlds, one of which is 120MB and one which is 30MB. Loads of disk space and an external storage drive on my PS4, so very much not an actual issue of hardware being out of space. The big problem, however, is that this message immediately corrupted the save data. I've already lost one world I worked very hard on to a bug that will never be resolved (the "there was a problem loading your world" bug) and I'm not keen on losing another. If we could get an update, or even just a list of things we can provide to help resolve the issue, it would really be appreciated. As it is I'm starting to regret spending money on the console version when it breaks more often than it works.
On PS4, the farmers recognize that you have pumpkins when you hold them, and hold out emeralds to offer. They then seem to stop recognizing the pumpkins when you try to trade. See https://twitter.com/Dahlia990012/status/1339332294331543555?s=19
Two additional things I have noticed:
The more entities there are to be rendered, the more likely it seems to be for the villagers and other mobs to stop re-rendering when you do one of the workarounds. Only one villager was completely de-rendered, the rest remained visually in one place despite workarounds; oddly the visual entities all performed the sleeping animation come nightfall but were otherwise motionless.
The problem seems to get worse the longer the player spends within render distance of the entities. The village I was working on was more or less functional with the occasional bed-slider at first, but after about an hour and a half all villagers were visually frozen in place and breaking their beds no longer reset the visuals.
"Description
When some villagers get in to bed, they go flying off the map. It seems to only happen when there are rows of beds right next to each other."
I am on mobile and images/videos appear as generic file icons; generally I have just a few minutes to check updates and the text is what's visible. I realise you are frustrated by the mass influx of reports, I hope you understand that I am only trying to help. Believe me if I could actually help fix the issues rather than just make reports I would.
The entities affected by this occasionally can be hit both in their visually frozen locations and in their actual, not visible locations. I have been able to attack a frozen cow and see the meat drop elsewhere; similarly on a multiplayer world two players have been able to hit a villager that each player sees in a different location. Please see this clip for an example in which I am attacked by a slime that is visually frozen some distance away. https://twitter.com/Dahlia990012/status/1329469436915539968?s=19
I would like to stress that this issue is NOT limited to villagers in long rows of beds. I will be happy to provide evidence of single villagers in lone beds doing the same if requested, as I have it recorded already.
Had this happening last night, with just a regular village that we were levelling villagers in. Bump into them and they go flying through the wall and off into the desert, and the longer you stand on the bed the farther they go. So far it's only been a minor nuisance and is kinda hilarious.
Couple issues with that:
Many of us do not have a microsoft account or have never attempted to even connect one, so it couldn't be failing to load from something it can't connect to in the first place; and
The button combo works maybe one time in twenty, at best. Keeping all of those held down for ten minutes with no change is a good indicator that it isn't working.
So far the only reliable thing I've been able to do to "fix" the issue is delete and reinstall every time it gets stuck, which is about once a week. This is with a physical copy, though a friend with digital only has to do the same thing.
Bedrock 1.16 PS4 multiplayer world, not realms. Cured this guy from a zombie. He became a cleric, theb an armorer, then briefly a fletcher before he just unlinked from everything and now will not link to any profession. During the day he just wanders aimlessly.

Experiencing this bug during gameplay as well - I build a wall around a village, and then move to another area. When I come back, half the wall is gone as though I hadn't finished it. I built a minecart tunnel and used it twice, only to be stopped by a solid wall the third time as though I never finished the tunnel. Chunks also take a very long time to load in when traveling between different areas, as if the game is trying to remember what I had already done there before deciding to revert to an earlier version of the terrain. This in combination with the inability to save by selecting save and quit has made the game unplayable on PS4 as no progress can be made.
