[MCPE-12127] Desert temple generation glitch

Every single desert temple for some reason has a random extra block of sandstone on the slope at the rear. Admittedly a minor bug, but still a bug.

This bug affects all devices that I've seen, and is still present in 0.13.1.

Confirmed to affect 0.14.0 on iPhone 6+ (iOS 9.3.1).

The temple always generates near the outside of the desert biome instead of within the boundaries of the biome itself. Every map I tried has it generate this same way.

Desert temples naturally generate IN desert biomes. Desert temples always spawn with their floor at y=64. This may cause the desert temple to be partially buried.

@unknown No it's a bug, good thing they fixed it this time. All I had to do is use the same seed and it generated properly.
