[MCPE-12129] Typing in signs and chat crashes the game

Whenever I type in chat (multiplayer) or in a sign, the game always crashes.
Device: Lenovo A5500-HV

IMPORTANT: The game version where the bug occured is 0.13.1. I chose 0.13.0 in the 'Affects Version/s' because 0.13.1 is currently not in the 'Affects Version/s' list.
