[MCPE-121438] Applying resource packs cause the game to crash

When applying resource packs to your world, the game crashes, or it just disappears the game ui. This bug started from 1.16.200 - 1.16.210+

Are you applying high resolution resource packs?

The pack is about 29.1MB and it just for pvp texture pack and shaders.

What is the resolution of the texture packs? (e.g. HD or 128x128).
