Block selections come out on top of some thin blocks

Summary:

Allocations of blocks on which the following blocks stand / are attached come out on top of these blocks at a small distance from them. In fact, this applies to blocks that are tightly attached to incomplete blocks (the selection of which can be done on top of the indicated blocks).

Affected blocks:

• Carpets

• Item frame

• Paintings

• Pressure Plates

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place an incomplete block (for example, a campfire or wall).

2. Place the above items on it.

3. Sight the placed incomplete block.

4. Move back a little (but so that the selection does not disappear).

Observed results:

An incomplete block selection will overlap the specified blocks.

Expected results:

The selection should not go beyond the obstacles.
