3rd person camera does not pass through big dripleaf

Summary:

Big dripleaf blocks the third person camera as if it were a complete block. In the Java version, the camera is blocked only by the leaf (on which the player can stand).

As of version 1.16.230.52, this only affects the topmost block (which is with a sheet).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place big dripleaf in at least two blocks.

2. Change your third person camera.

3. Stand with the camera going through the big dripleaf (enter the topmost block).

Observed results:

The entire big dripleaf hitbox stops the camera.

Expected results:

The camera should be stopped only by the straightened big dripleaf leaf (like in java).
