Moss carpet does not break with a piston

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

The moss carpet does not break with a piston, but moves. In the Java version, it breaks from the piston movement.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place moss carpet.

2. Place the piston next to it.

3. Activate the piston.

Observed results:

Moss carpet moves.

Expected results:

The moss carpet will break.

Notes:

At the same time, they should drop out as items.
