User interface broken for entering password through chat on Hunger Games server

This report is for v0.13.1 alpha which for some reason I cannot select. It is the version currently offered on the Apple AppStore.

After connecting to a server running Hunger Games (such as sg.lbsg.net:191232) when attempting to log in by typing the password (using the chat feature) the user interface is messed up. See the attached screenshot to see that the required "right arrow" button to confirm the password is not shown. The text input field is not shown either, and most of the scene is not shown either (just a residual part on the right).

This still worked in v0.12.3!

I realise that iOS 7.1.1 is nowhere near the current version, but I don't think my iPad 2 can run a newer version efficiently. Also, it worked with v0.12.3 and earlier and only versions after that introduced the bug.

I'd be indebted to you, if you could look into this issue.

The very same issue occurs when trying to type in text in the regular game. In other words, this is not a problem related to another server (e.g., one running "Hunger Games").

The interface in the regular, single player game is also broken, when trying to enter a message.

Thank you for your report! This issue was, however, reported at an earlier time as MCPE-11812. Feel free to add any information you find relevant in the comment section there.

If you did not do so this time, please perform a search to see if your bug has already been submitted prior to creating new tickets in the future.

I can confirm that my report indeed duplicates MCPE-11812.

However, please note that MCPE-11812 was written in a manner that made it hard to recognise it as the same issue. The description of MCPE-11812 implies that text input is possible and that the only problem is that one cannot see what one is typing.

My problem was that I could not input text at all (blindly or not).

Thanks for pointing me to MCPE-11812, which prompted me to try pressing "Return" on the keyboard after text input, which when followed by pressing the "Back" actually results in the text input being accepted.
