The texture of the sides of the small dripleaf does not match the java version

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:
Small dripleaf's stem texture doesn't match java.
As in the case of hanging roots, this is a side position bug MCPE-122362.
In the Java version, the right and left sides are always the same.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place small dripleaf.

2. Take a look at the first 3 pixels near the stem of the small dripleaf (since the chaotic texture of the small dripleaf is very difficult to figure out).

Observed results:
The right and left sides of the texture are different from different sides.

Expected results:
The right and left sides will be the same on all sides (as in the Java version).
