Snow golems sometimes do not lay snow on certain biomes. Can you specify what biome it is or take a screenshot and post it here?
it was in jungle biom is this normal im not talking about dessert oall though its working well in single player but when someone joins your game it will not do though

Are you using multi-player servers, such as Pocketmine?
Snow golems don't leave snow trails in hot biomes such as jungles. If you need the snow trails for a snow farm and don't want to go too far, you can search for a river, those are considered cold biomes.
I think this works as intended.
