Soul Soil does not slow you down when walking on it with normal or no boots.

When walking on soul soil with boots without the "soul speed" enchantment or with no boots at all, soul soil does not slow you down like soul sand does.

This issue is on both Bedrock and Bedrock Realms.

Soul Speed I does virtually nothing because of this bug.

Soul Speed still speeds you up.
