[MCPE-124633] NPC's names don't work when using @e[name=] command

If I summon an NPC and then give it a name, if I were to try to teleport that specific NPC somewhere using: /tp @e[name=...] ~ ~ ~, it would say "no targets matched selector" even though I clearly gave that npc a name. This works when I name other mobs specific names, except with NPC's.

MCPE-157773 If you summon an unnamed npc and then name it and enter the npc name given to the command [name="NPC's NAME"], the command does not recognize the npc. Resolved

Is this an ongoing issue in the latest version (1.17.2)? If so, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter).
