Villagers are not sleeping on their beds but in mid-air,
This can be replicated by going to the nether right before they go to bed
then coming back at like a minute later they are floating or sleeping on the floor but never on their beds.

it has occurred after the bedrock update and to the current ps4 version, it does not affect java.

they do not fly away either, they are stationary and only wake up if the chunk unloads and reloads. if you stay in the same chunk they will remain floating

My villagers are often caught sleeping on the floor, also. This is different than 101202, as that one would show the villagers rocketing off into the distance if anything bumped their hitbox.
In this case, the villagers are stationary - though still able to be interacted with - but just out of bed.

Are you sure, you are playing the newest version 1.16.200? This was fixed in 1.16.200, see MCPE-101202
