Lava lakes generate exposed in the new cave generation

The Bug
The lava lakes can be generated with exposed lava in the caves.

This bug was fixed on Java a while ago (MC-216736), so this can be considered a parity issue.

When the cave air cuts through the lava lakes, it leaves exposed lava source blocks that only start flowing when they receive a block update.
The caves are eating the lava lakes! /s

I've noticed this quite a bit, especially in a cave that would have kept going down, had there not been a bedrock floor at y=-64. Despite there being obvious resource packs, I have neither added generation-affecting addons, nor turned on Creation of Custom Biomes.

Looks like it still an issue in the latest beta, this was found just underneath lava aquifers...
