Not getting 60 fps anymore

the problem is still current on Xbox one X, the game is not as fluid as before

there are no steps to reproduce, the game itself on X1X no longer runs at 60 fps

Have you tried this in multiple worlds and with different video options? Could it perhaps be related to your console memory being fuller?

Yes I tried in another world and with different options, the problem remains more or less identical but it is mostly present where there are constructions.
I already tried to clear the cache.
The problem has really appeared since the last update
