I cannot play whit my friends

Good morning everyone, i am writing this post since i've runout all possible options. I've been tryng to play minecraft on Ps4( local server ) whit my friend for 1 week, but we cannot because both i am stuck on "locating server" screen, we haev tried to solve the problem in every way possible and we have no more ideas. I have installed the game about 20 times, reset the data, reste the wi-fi, change the NAT (we all have open NAT 2 type), modify MTU and DNS, but none of this worked. I ran out of ideas, so i'm asking you if you have any solutions, what couse this problem?
