[MCPE-12686] A bug that hinders the gameplay

Ranging in some devices the Notifications bar or status bar lock and is motionless, gets to disrupt the game as it is in front. She did not want to climb only is Locked.

My Device is Galaxy Core Plus TV SM-G3502T
