I bought minecraft bedrock the windows 10 version, but the moment I try to log in I get the message in the photo, the same thing has been appearing for about a week and it does not let me log in. I already tried to log in with shared mobile data from the cell phone, restarting the PC, uninstalling and installing minecraft again, restarting the router, but nothing works for me.
I hope and help me solve this problem

Bat error code means that Minecraft could not locate an account provider. Please make sure your device has the Xbox app installed.
Additionally, you can always try the troubleshooting provided below and keep an eye on our bug report page for updates from our developers.
Before proceeding:
Make sure that your game is up to date and running the latest version of Minecraft.
Make sure your Minecraft account is linked to a Microsoft account. You can check this by going to the main menu, then clicking the sign-in button at the bottom right.
After confirming the above, please complete these troubleshooting steps:
Check your internet and ensure your device's connection is stable and strong.
If your issues are caused by the internet connection, you may need to reach out to your Internet Service Provider and/or complete separate troubleshooting steps.
Sign out of all Minecraft accounts including the attached Microsoft account and close out any open Minecraft application.
Restart the game, then sign back into the Minecraft and Microsoft account(s)
If you still see the error: repeat the steps above after waiting 1 hour, including internet troubleshooting steps.
Additional steps if you're playing on a Windows 10, Android, Xbox, or iOS device:
Make sure you're logging in with the right Microsoft account.
Install the "Xbox App", which you can find by searching for "Xbox" in your platform's store app or in the Microsoft Store.
If this issue persists, please wait 24 hours and try these steps again.

I'm having this issue as well. Windows 11 Enterprise on ARM. Xbox app is installed and logged in. Minecraft appears to be the only app that can't figure out how to log in.

Hi! I had this same error, but managed to fix it! First, make sure you have the Xbox app, and maybe Xbox game bar. It won't work without those. Then, launch the xbox app, and make sure you have everything required. To check, go to settings > General, and if you see this:
[media]you have everything. If not, install everything it says. Hope this helps, QuadRadical.
