When a texture pack downloads partially and fails it can not be cleared/redownloded.

When downloading a texture pack my switch disconnected from my network and Minecraft crashed.  Upon attempting to re-download I received an error “You do not have enough space available on your device to download the True Craft” I can download other texture packs larger than this still, however, just not this one.  I experience the same issue with another mashup pack that had the same circumstances occur.  I have removed the software and reloaded as well as checking for corrupt data.  The save file increased in size on the initial attempt to download and has not returned.  It appears this partial download is remaining in the save and not being cleaned/removed on subsequent attempts to download.
