while the constant freezing/crashing has stopped a new error comes up. It will not load everything fully. I only see maybe 50-75% of the new packs that come out weekly. this causes me to miss out on a lot on my switch. even reloading the game never helps and eventually I get frustrated and just move to my android version (which i now only use for the shop)
UPDATE: problem has yet to be fixed. Issue is ongoing and getting worse by the update. Now It's taking a long time to load again on my Nintendo Switch. It's also starting to happen on my Android tablet too.
UPDATE 2: The problem has worsened somewhat since the last update. not only has the previous issue failed to be resolved but now the pictures don't show up at all. I have tried deleting extra data, restarting the game several times, and redownloading the update data.
UPDATE 3: pictures are loading again (for now) after several redownloads of update files but still I can't see all the new content or it takes multiple tries (and slow loading times) to see everything.

And the issue exists still on both of the mentioned devices, Android tablet and Switch?
Do you perhaps have any other device that you can test the issue on?
What model is the Android tablet exactly? What OS version?
Do you use wifi to connect or mobile data?
It seems the problem is continuing on my tablet only. I use wifi. There are times when my Nintendo Switch will not load all available skin packs but loads all the new worlds. I have no other devices I can test this problem on. I have again tried all possible solutions from before. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I redownload update data on the Nintendo Switch. I have restarted the game on both.
