I have had no further problems and it was fixed.
I have the same issue on my Nintendo Switch. The Chinese Garden texture pack I use deactivates. I have to reactivate it every single time.
I have the same issue. I can't play the Java version using the new launcher and I also can't play the Windows 10 version. I have the same exact problem when trying to use the new launcher to play either version. I have also double checked to make sure I'm logged into the right account. I even tried all the listed troubleshooting methods.
I can see the marketplace content and I can see pictures. I still have the problem of being unable to see all the new content. Load times are still slow too.
I am still having problems with lagging.
It seems the problem is continuing on my tablet only. I use wifi. There are times when my Nintendo Switch will not load all available skin packs but loads all the new worlds. I have no other devices I can test this problem on. I have again tried all possible solutions from before. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I redownload update data on the Nintendo Switch. I have restarted the game on both.
I also continue to experience the problem. So far the only thing that has worked for me is fully deleting and reinstalling the game updates. I really hate losing all my worlds every single time there's an update. I did manage to put my one world in the Nintendo Switch cloud storage. When it comes to patch or hotfix updates normally just deleting and reinstalling the update data works best.
The pictures are loading for me again yet I still can't see all the new skin packs or worlds. I only get to see maybe 50-75% of it depending on my wifi that day and sometimes it will load everything but it takes multiple tries to do so. Then even if I manage to finally see everything it loads very slowly.
The issue was solved for me by changing settings in the Xbox profile settings page. I've never played on public servers so I don't know why it would affect people playing on public servers.
The problem has worsened somewhat since the last update. not only has the previous issue failed to be resolved but now the pictures don't show up. I have tried deleting extra data, restarting the game several times, and redownloading the update data.
I am still having the problem seeing all the content at times. The situation has not improved or gotten worse. It has stayed the same.
I seem to have been experiencing slightly longer load times again. the new load time is 5-7 minutes to load and another 2-5 minutes to fully log me into my Microsoft account. I'm not sure why this hasn't been fixed yet but it does need to be fixed soon. I've tried resetting and deleting all the data and it helped for a little bit but it started back up after the patch update. The only known data I have is update data, one texture pack, and skin packs. I'm the only user of my Nintendo Switch.
My main problem at this point is in the marketplace it loads but takes multiple attempts for me to be able to see all the new content. I only see about 50-75% of the stuff meaning I have to load and reload several times to see all the new content (sometimes it loads everything but it takes several tries). This has been going on since the nether update but it got real bad with this latest update. I'm also on Nintendo Switch.
I am still having troubles with in game lagging. I am unable to confirm if the issue is fixed yet because I no longer have membership for the system. However I do remember having the problem when playing with others the last time. Today I was doing a quick look around on a new world and I noticed the lagging got very bad. I am unable to determine the exact cause as I was playing by myself and it was on a world I was having previous problems with.
I agree with Laura & Evan. They need to get this issue fixed (or at least post some kind of update that they are working on the problem). I'm finding the only solution is to delete everything and start new with every update and I'm not sure if it's going to be worth it anymore to just restart every time there's an update which is mainly when the problem starts back up for me. Laura to answer your question refunds on packs and stuff all purchases are final. you might could ask about a refund for the game depending on how long you've had the game but if I recall right all Minecraft coins and marketplace purchases are final.
I was still having the problem after the January update which was the last time I had tried to use it. Again there is no way to direct contact the developer so I will try to contact Mojang support again if the issue hasn't been fully fixed by now and If I'm still having the problem I will create another report on here as well.
the last update has done nothing for me at all to fix the problem. Not even updating the Nintendo switch lite system worked any. I still have the problem and while deleting the data and stuff helped reduced the load time to 2-5 minutes (or 7 minutes with weak signal) it's still only a temporary fix. sadly I don't have the funds to backup my world to realms but I was able to put my world in cloud storage.
I'm still having the problem. I'm also experiencing the skins not loading properly from time to time as it takes another couple minutes for them to load properly but at least that problem was somewhat fixed with the last update. some have said the problem was fixed for them but I think it's people playing on other console systems or PC bedrock (windows 10) version.
this has been happening to me a lot since the last update but it's gotten real bad over the past couple weeks. I will be playing and I go to access the menu, open a chest, open my inventory, or open the chat and suddenly it stays stuck on a loading screen for a very long time. then there's been times when this is happening and at the same time the world sort of glitches and I can sort of see through the walls and underground or the screen will just show placed items but not the actual terrain. (this also happens when I first enter a world but usually the world loads after a few seconds but the random severe lagging comes later). I know it can't be my internet because the signal strength is strong and this just happens randomly. after the game usually crashes after lagging for a few minutes. I'm on switch lite by the way.
UPDATE 4/21/2021: issue hasn't been fixed at all with the last update. they said it was fixed but it was a total lie (to me anyway). maybe it helped some but not all users. some on other social have posted the problem was fixed for them but I'm still experiencing it.
I am still having problems with the texture pack deactivating. I get no error message and no pop up at all. I am experiencing the problem while using the Nintendo Switch.
The problem continues after the recent update. Now it takes a long time to load the texture pack while continuing to have the problem of reloading every time.
