shop not loading properly and takes multiple attempts (and time) to connect

 Recently I have run into a problem involving the MC store after the last update. It takes multiple tries to connect to the MC store and I can't view very much before it freezes/crashes the game and takes several minutes to load as well. While the problem had been going on for sometime it used to be all I needed was to restart the game but now even that doesn't work a lot of the time and I have to redownload the game entirely. while this reset doesn't affect the save data it does take some time to redownload everything (45 minutes to a little over 1 hour). I have at times had to give up and wait a couple hours before trying again which helps but not very often.  I am unsure if this will help at all but I'm using the Nintendo Switch Lite (not the regular Switch)

UPDATE: problem is still ongoing. it hasn't gotten much better since the last forced update and I have basically given up on being able to view the items anymore. the pictures load and everything after a couple attempts but still wanting to actually view what's in the packs is something I am still unable to do without it freezing/crashing. every now and then I can view a couple things but that's it. I've since decided to reinstall MCPE android version for shop viewing.

UPDATE 2: shop loads now but I'm only seeing 50-75% of the new content coming out weekly. It takes several tries for me to be able to see all the available content at once or at times it can take a few tries before I am able to see all the new content.

issue has significantly worsened since last post. plz reopen this ticket. I can't even load the shop anymore and all attempts to open just sits on a load screen or it says I can't connect even though internet is fine.

to answer your other question no the ticket link has nothing to do with my problem.

I am still having the problem seeing all the content at times. The situation has not improved or gotten worse. It has stayed the same.
