When you select any tem in the creative inventory, them duplicated in the hotbar.
Steps to duplicate from duplicate MCPE-13576
1. Enter a creative world
2. Drop the first two items in inventory bar
3. Now select a new item from the full inventory like a spawn egg
4. It will appear in both empty slots, it will also change both slots if you then select another item like torch etc.

A temporary solution to this bug is to select one of the hotbar icons that is duplicated, then open the inventory and tap on an empty space, eliminating one of the duplicate icons.
Im seeing this in 1.0.7. Or something similar. I just loaded a save and every item in my hot bar was the same item.
Issue happening still with latest 1.0.7 update. Running from a Samsung Galaxy Tab A, with 5.1.1 Lolipop.
Also still happening with version 1.0.7

Replacing any one of the replicated items changes all three of them.
Still an issue with release version 0.14.0
