[MCPE-12881] Items in Item Frames are not correct postion

Bug with Item Frames. When Buttons, Stairs, wooden fences, cobblestone wall, fence gates, trap doors, enchantment table are put in Item Frames; this happens.
I found too many bugs...

This now only affects buttons, wooden fences, fence gates and cobblestone walls.

this is what soppused to be on PC as cobblestone wall is slitly defferent

Confirmed on Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Beta Version: 0.14.0 and 0.14.2 I still have this problems that bugs me.
