[MCPE-12395] Fence Texture Bug

Fences held in hand and dropped have a texture bug on the edge - see attached image.

Includes All varieties of wooden fence and also nether brick fence

I have the same issue.

Confirmed for Samsung Galaxy tab 4. Android 5.0.1. 0.14.0 build 4.

Confirmed on Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 Android 4.4.2 but you already know that, don't you Liam? Since you took my picture.

Fence textures that display in inventory have been fixed in 0.14.0 build 5.

This bug seems to be intermittent, not sure what triggers it.
