Cobblestone wall texture bug

Dear mojang. There is a problem with the cobble walls. Both kinds.
Normal cobble stone has a bookshelf texture on the side. And the mossy version has a cobweb texture. Hope this info is helpful.

Affects 0.12.1 final release. I did a test with 3 people In multiplayer. Two players were holding a cobblestone fence. The fence appears to have a texture bug. The texture bug seams to mostly affect Minecraft Windows 10 Edition users. See photo attached.

The cobblestone fence also appears to be bugged when held in hand.
