[MCPE-129738] Pets in tickingareas cause crashes when going through portals

Steps: 1. Create a tickingarea in the nether

2. Spawn a wolf & tame it in the overworld

3. Go back to the nether, it will follow you.

4. Return to the overworld, using the portal

5. Go back to the nether. The game will sometimes crash.

It seems to be much more rare than in previous versions, but it does also still sometimes happen.
