Shield shows wrong. don't know how it works

Thanks! Now I can use some help, as it's extremely unconfortable to play like this in every world I play.

Are you experiencing this issue in a singleplayer or multiplayer world? Also, are you using a skin from the character creator or a skin from a skin pack?

Single player and multiplayer (with friends) on windows 10 and PS4.

This is single player, no skin, on win 10

In your screenshots, I can see that you are actually using a customized skin from the character creator. 

After some testing, I was able to reproduce this issue by using a skin from the character creator. These issues are already being tracked at MCPE-118358 / MCPE-118539, so I will be re-resolving this ticket as a duplicate.

In singleplayer, you should be able to work around the issue by doing one of the following:

• Create a new character profile and do not customize the skin while in a world

• Use an imported skin or a skin from a skin pack
