Shield, spyglass, trident and crossbow positioned incorrectly when changing character creator skin parts

Summary:
When changing clothes with animation in the world, shields, spyglass, crossbows and tridents will look wrong for players who have changed clothes.
And everyone can see it.

How to Reproduce:

  1. Make sure that there are no animated objects on your skin from the editor (or make sure there is).

  2. Enter the world with a skin from the editor.

  3. If you do not have an animated element on the skin - put on any element / if you have animated elements - remove them.

  4. Take a shield, spyglass, trident or crossbow in your hand.

Observed Results:
Items are not positioned correctly.

Items are positioned correctly.

Since version 1.17.30.22 weapons (any of those listed in the report) can fly away as a spyglass in MCPE-127498 😛

It's not just animated clothing, other clothing pieces do this glitch as well, I was testing all the hats I've owned, and found that the following hats caused this glitch.
-Fancy Top Hat
-Royal Crown
-Backwards Cap
-Drivers Cap

Oddly enough, despite being animated, this glitch did not happen while wearing the Discoball head.
