While building on a new world, I noticed that an Axolotl was beating up a Glowing squid on the island I was building on. The biome type was a mushroom fields, and I know that only bats and mooshrooms spawn in the biome.
The attachment below shows the Axolotl that I found. I couldnt get a picture of the glowing squid though, as the Axolotl had killed the squid before I could get a screenshot.

May be working as intended (MCPE-130635). If it is not, the fix would be to add the following to their spawn_rules jsons:
"minecraft:biome_filter": {
"test": "has_biome_tag", "operator":"==", "value": "animal"
}
Can you please provide the seed and/or world in which this issue can be observed?

Just use the mushroom fields seed from the seed picker. This isn’t specific to a seed or location.
Make a large underground room, fill it with water, and run a /kill @e to clear the cap.
